The only complaint I have is the amount of ice in the cold drinks. You really don't get much to drink. That means the baked goods and sandwiches are absolutely fantastic. You could drop this business in the middle of Paris and there would be no quality gains. We stop when we're in the south. View all feedback.

Overall enjoy going here, but the croissants are consistently overly chewy and greasy. As well, the sourdough loaves are delicious, but the crust lacks any sort of texture you might expect, which might be because they are bagging them warm as I have noticed condensation in the plastic bags. Great bakery in the southern end of Sudbury. Baked daily items, cakes, sandwiches, crepes, salads great cookies and amazing coffee. The staff is warm and friendly and the walls show local artists
The croissants are so extraordinarily good. I'm now questioning if I've ever had a good tasting croissant in my life beforehand. Thank you!
2 hands is sometimes not enough! Maybe I should have got a shopping cart? The problem with places like Pinchmans is they're too far from my house. Everything tasted amazing, smells amazing, and looks amazing. Do you see the problem you can only carry so much. Great staff when we answer to Him Pinchmans owners are going to be put right to work on the Show bread and other fine baked goods. Blessings my friends...
Great place to have a coffee and some pastries! Everything was fresh and the croissants were my favorite part!
Ordered the last of a cookie, and it crumbled before it was given to me. I had already paid. The employee asked if I would like another product instead, so I say I'll take a croissant. She then proceeds to charge me. I refuse the croissant and take the crumbs that were a cookie. The employee was so rude and dismissive and manager even more so. Such an off-putting experience, I will not be returning. I've had better service at Starbucks.
