Jimmy John's - Sturgeon Bay

Today my order took an hour to be delivered. It was so soggy and gross by the time it arrived I just threw it away. I'm a regular customer and the past few orders have been terrible- old lettuce, soggy bread, order messed up, chips missing, etc etc etc. I'm just done wasting my money. Good luck staying open through winter if you continue giving the locals nasty food/service.

I love Jimmy John's, but this Jimmy John's is by far the slowest sandwich makers on the planet! With two people sitting in the restaurant and me and another person walking in it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a sub.

Very inconsistent. When I place an order to be delivered at a later time let's say 11:45-12:00, it has gotten delevered early at around 11:30 both times. Then I place an order at 1145, out for delevery at 11:55 and I don't receive my order until 12:30. A few times the request on my order was just ignored (sandwich cut in half) as well as missing a straw for the drink.

I love Jimmy's, although whoever the delivery driver was not pleasant as they just made note to make sure we separate the peppers next time we order instead of just giving the food and saying have a good night. But gotta say , Hannah , I think the manager ?...was very kind on the phone and resolved the issue with professionalism , thankyou Hannah!

I really enjoy their dishes. Plus, I had to visit the restroom and it was the cleanest one I have ever encountered. Overall, this place is fantastic!
