I ordered pizza and fries for takeout, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. However, my brother-in-law went to pick it up and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When he returned home, we noticed one of the toppings was incorrect. I called to speak to a manager, but the phone was set down and I could hear conversation in the background. First last time here. It took 45-50 minutes for our order of 4. 8” pizza, Philly sandwich, shrimp basket kids pasta there were only two other people sitting to dine. Pasta was cold, pizza was doughy and cold, Philly steak tasted like rubber and overdone, pop was flat in the plastic cups they give. Waitress was okay. My husband ended up just giving the card before looking at the receipt so we could GO and I noticed our bill was $10 more than it should have been after we left pay attention! Definitely will NOT be returning.
Well I don’t have much good to say we got there about 6:30 ordered our food after we got told it would be 40 mins for food which we were fine with since we came with friends so we can talk while we wait for our food. Waitress was not nice was mad about everything we ordered never came and gave us refills. We got 2 orders of wings after 40 mins which there was 4 of us so 2 of us got food while the others still waited we waited for an hour an half for the rest of our food and never got it we ended up leaving because they told us they lost our slip so they didn’t know how long it would be for our food to come out. We still had to pay for our drinks and wings that we got. Just terrible experience.
Usually they are good, but I went here with a few friends and was told in advance about a 40 min wait for food. That’s fine, no huge deal, we ordered wings and then over an hour later, half the table got some of their food but not all and then the rest of the table didn’t get anything while people who got there after us had already been eating. We questioned this and found out our ticket was lost. We finally ended up just leaving before we got the rest of our food because the wings we did get were cold. I didn’t say anything about the half of the wings I did get, because I ate most of them before the server came back to check on us. During the hour plus wait we had to almost hunt down the server to get refills, Ranch, napkins, anything... This hasn’t been the case before- they usually are pretty good. So I wonder if it was just a bad night for them or what happened. Hopefully it will be better next time. The manager gave us a gift card which I appreciate but I kind of wish they would have just taken that off our bill this time.
