kanus is always firm. great service, fast and eating has a consistent taste. it's more expensive than I remember it's like that, but that happens. the box is usually enough to fill me, but they go with a Canadian if they are really hungry. View all feedback.

the first time I had raising cane’s in columbus was the best impression I got from an almost food fried chicken stable. came to this place and did not get the same experience. the chicken sandwich and 3 extra finger ordered. the whole thing was extremely dry. Excellent service the lady at the window and over the intercom had such a happy and energetic attitude. I even asked if that was a prerecorded message on the intercom. The lady said nope she's at the pickup window. I said how can someone be so happy jokingly. Wish all customer service employees had such energetic and happy attitudes. Get to many unhappy CSEs it brings you down at times. The food was excellent also.
Always fresh food just cashiers are often rude. When paying with cash the same woman always asks, Do you have 75 cents? I would then respond, No, I 'm sorry, I don 't, but I gave you an extra dollar to tender. She then responds, You really don 't have 75 cents? Why not? ... It was quite unpleasant.
I love this place and they are good at the one thing they sell... however I am a spicy man and they don't have enough options for a five star.Food: 4/5
This is a newer fast food chicken restaurant. The food is very good and was hot when it was served. The chicken fingers are large and tender. The service was very fast and friendly and the restaurant was spotless. Prices are reasonable. Well done!Food: 5/5
Very good go once a month chicken is good sized service is just amazing comes out really fast and I can eat immediately.
