Chipotle Mexican Grill - Strongsville

Today, I visited the Chipotle located at the Southpark Mall. I work at the Cleveland Clinic across the street. The employee who took my order didn't know me but noticed that something was bothering me and asked if I had a tough day. I was taken aback by her kindness, especially since I had just received some upsetting news about a loved one. When I went to pay at the cashier, they informed me that my meal was already taken care of. I was shocked and grateful for their generosity. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it had a big impact on my day. This experience reminded me of the importance of simple acts of kindness. The staff at this Chipotle location truly deserve recognition for their generosity.

On April 1st, 2022, I had the pleasure of observing the hard work of the staff at this restaurant from morning until afternoon. They are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean environment. If management is reading this, feel free to ask me any questions. I used to work as a line cook at Red Robin, and while they offer decent food, if you're looking for Mexican cuisine, this is the place to go. It's located at Strongsville Mall.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is always friendly and the food is consistently fresh. Today's meal went above and beyond my expectations. This place definitely deserves a glowing review.

The first time I tried the Pollenasado today after being sold to other previous Chipotles. I was happy with my order and it was well done.

Love Chipotle. I recommend the 3 soft tacos! If you haven't tried them, they are a must!
