I ordered takeout from J Bella's and found several items missing when I got home. I called to explain the situation politely, but was told they couldn’t help and that I’d receive a free item next time. I then requested to speak with a manager, and Andrea took over. I don’t know who the chef is but phenomenal food! Whoever made my meat pizza in the morning was great!
The food is very good here, consistency always across the board. Getting a bit pricey compared to other Italian Restaurants. Only major complaint is the convenience fee charged if using a credit card.
