This was not a place for a quiet romantic dinner. Very loud and we felt rushed. My wife's avocado and shrimp salad was with half an avocado and some canned small shrimp. My burger was just ok. Thought we would have had a better experience.

Good place for pub food and atmosphere. Now with warmer temperatures the patio restaurant is open. This year the menu has changed with a new look and a great variety of foods , deserts and their signature drinks. The food selection and taste is always a favorite and the ambiance of the place with great music draws the crowds. If in the Levis Quebec area be sure to check out this location. Plenty of free parking and the food is a favorite for all ages.

Food was good, but service was horrible. Waiter came after 20 minutes after our arrival to give us water. They never brought us forks to eat. One of us was eating a hamburger we saw the plate wait for over 10 minutes after being ready before they served it to us. Waiter never came to check and see if we needed anything, like forks! We had to take some from the tables beside. We had to go to the front desk to ask for the bill and pay. Employees were not friendly nor smiley. One of the worst customer service i've ever experienced.

I had reservation of 9pm today !!! As it was special day with my men !! Came here n we order appetizers n some drinks and we were about to order food !!they just said after 9.30 we just can order appetizers!!! Like what if anyone else want to eat else !! N why it’s open till mid night if main course is not even served !! That’s kind of awkward as no one informed us that we need to order food before 9.30!! We travelled from Montréal and planned to have nice night !! It’s disappointing to come out with eating that we want to !! As per the explanation of my review the owner of shakers saying our visit doesn’t respect their service stranded !! Can you please elaborate more to your words !! How ??
