Keeping the four star rating, but adding an update and some feedback for management/ownership. Our last dining experience last weekend was troubling. If management cannot properly staff an establishment, this is what happens. You cannot work your people into the ground with short numbers and expect everything to run smoothly. It was sad to see how hard everyone was straining to make things work. Do better for your pe... View all feedback.
What Raleigh Roule doesn't like about Aladdin's Eatery Fox Chapel:
The hummus was creamy, the pita fresh and warm, the lamb platter nicely seasoned and the Aladdin’s Favorite was a big hit. But the service was friendly but distracted. We waited over 30 minutes for our entrees with only a few other tables. We didn’t get refills, nor did anyone explain why our food was taking so long until I got up from the table to ask. Maybe try a different location? View all feedback.
Food was good, very pricey though, but it 's like this everywhere these days. Restaurant appeared clean. The 2 wait staff members we saw and interacted with, well.... 'el zippo ' on any personality, excitement or enthusiasm in their work or possibly life.
I've gotten the salmon pita rolls before and been very happy with them. The Aladdin chicken pitza was a disappointment. The chicken was dry and I do not understand this dish. It comes across as something one would make at home when the cupboards are running bare. The kibbies were OK. Service was good.
Delicious! The vegetarian plate is perfect for 2, taste of everything then entree was more than enough! Food is spicy.
Food is always fresh and delicious. Love this place
The server was very nice but I didn't love the food
