A&W Restaurant - Strathroy

We ordered Sausage Egger English Muffin combo and Sausage Egger on a bun combo. The sausage had an off taste and the egg kept sliding out. The hash brown tasted like burnt oil and was very greasy. The only thing that was good was the coffee. I would not recommend A&W for breakfast.

You cant beat A&W for a great tasting burger. They and Wendys have more meat than the bun unlike some other burger chains. Decent service too

A&W has always been a experience back in time. They pride themselves of preserving the 1950's feel. Recently the chain has upped it's game and boasts if hormone free beef and chicken. Great hamburgers Chicken, fries, onion rings, and their famous Root Beer in real frosty glass mugs. Worth a try just for the experience. Most locations including Sarnia's two locations have a car club night that's a lot of nostalgic fun.

Traveling from MI-NY across S. Canada, stopped here for a quick bite. Kids had never been to Canada, and enjoyed seeing a little of Strathroy as we meandered to A&W. food was fine, and REALLY got a kick out of real glass mugs. Too bad we didn't have time for ice cream, but as a quick stop it was great. 4 teens with us, so feeding them is never 'cheap' but we felt prices were reasonable. recommended for others - would go again

This is our favorite fast food restaurant. They have very good burgers and fries. Service is good and the place is clean. We don't eat fast food very much but when we do that is where we stop.
