This is a very chic Bohemian café located in a quiet corner of central Stratford. The food is excellent—simple yet beautifully prepared, with delightful seasonal twists. I highly recommend the various vegetarian options, especially the bonfire veggie sausage roll and the cheese and tomato flan from the specials menu. The sign in the window claims that everything is lovingly made on-site by a person I truly believe! M... View all feedback.
What Carole Wardle doesn't like about The Garden Cafe:
Not a pleasant experience at all. Lovely looking soda bread in the window. In we go to buy some. Believe it or not they actually didn 't want to sell it.A very rude gentleman advised that the bread £3.00 each, so not a bargain) would run out if we bought it. Surely that what should happen with the goods for sale in a good cafe bakery ? My friend offered a £20 note for her purchase, this caused actual panic. No change... View all feedback.
The cakes and bakers here are fantastic. excellent scenarios and delicious brownie. the biscoff was a large balance of saltiness, biscoff and decadent chocolate. return when we return to stratford to avon
Very disappointing. They could not warm a scone because they were supposedly understaffed. To be avoided as there are much better alternatives.

No change, no change , I stood holding out 6 pound coins for my bread and was totally ignored. The whole experience was ridiculous what a strange one.
Loved this place. A warm, cost, rustic environment. The food is great. The scones are gorgeous looking and the best I've had so far.
Delicious sandwich and cool prosecco for just over £10
