Wings Over Stratford

We ordered three flavors of wings and waffle fries. The food was great!

I've placed over 20 orders at this restaurant. The initial months were challenging, as almost every order had issues—missing or incorrect condiments, undercooked items, and so on. Recently, the order accuracy has improved, but the quality of the wings has declined. Prices for the wings have increased, but the portion sizes are shrinking. It feels like they’re charging for jumbo wings while serving those that are the size you’d typically find in the frozen section of a grocery store.

On June 9th, I called Wings Over Stratford to provide some specific instructions for my order, as the app doesn’t allow customers to customize their orders. The female employee I spoke with seemed overwhelmed by my simple requests. Her attitude suggested that she was frustrated with the call and wanted to end it as quickly as possible. As far as I know, paying customers should be able to request what they want, since they are paying for the service. If the employees are unhappy working at this particular location, I would suggest they consider another job. While the food is fantastic, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

I ordered 50 wings with four different sauces: honey BBQ, hot garlic, hot, and lemon pepper. All of them were fantastic, but the lemon pepper really blew my mind with its zesty flavor. The wings were cooked to perfection, and from now on, I’ll only get my wings from this place whenever I'm in the city.

The wings were slightly soggy, but that might be due to the container they came in. Overall, they were still tasty, and the sweet chili sauce was fantastic!
