Chipotle Mexican Grill - Stratford

HOLY I SHOULDVE READ THE REVIEWS before coming in here. The food was horrible ?. White rice was hard to chew. Chicken was in pink meat. And the entire bowl so salty and the salad first time I see in Chipotle there are green spinach instead Roman lettuce. And only gave me like 4 leafs... I wish I had took the picture but no I was hungry and so disappointed just ate few bites and left the store and went Mcdonald for a mcchicken instead. Worst Chipotle experience I ever had.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!I get the same thing each time and everytime I pay a different price for the same meal.Horrible management, they are out of everything all the time. No guac in the middle of the day, no steak in the evening out of chips all day long, workers saying to their customers the manager didn’t feel like making the chipotle honey vinaigrette today. Online orders are usually incorrect, the rice is hard and stale, the steak is rock hard, the guac is almost always brown, the workstations are messy, and by 7 PM when they close at 11 they are usually out of 70% of their items and they do not want to make any more.DO NOT COME HERE.

I have been ordering the kids built your own with guac and was never charged extra. They told me today that it was $3 more, which i was fine with. I asked the cashier to make me a new one with lettuce. She got the manager(short black female) from the back, who proceeded to remove the guac and put lettuce in the same spot. I told her no. So she got another container and spilled the cheese and lettuce together and she had an attitude when I told her that it was messy. We go to chipotle(drive thru) at least once a week and my order is usually either wrong or missing items. With managers like that, that store will have new employees every week

Small amounts, low food quality specially on internet orders.

Service sucked! Over priced!!! Not worth the money.
