What Diwas Srivastava doesn't like about La Cantinella:
I ordered on uber eats and I am appaled. I am giving one star because there is absolutely no possibility to go further down. The ugly mess that they call biriyani should actually be called rice porridge but then too it's NOT worth it. I only hope the other stuff on menu is better than this dish so I can't really say about the rest of the menu but if you are looking for India then steer clear of this blunder of a rest... There weren't many people when we went there. The food was great, and although the restaurant wasn't full, the atmosphere was still very nice. I also really liked the way they treated other customers, including ourselves. It seemed like everyone was friends. I'd recommend it, the next time I'm coming to Strasbourg I'll definitely get some food at La Cantinella again.
Usually not so busy, but the food is great, tastes home made and at a reasonable price. The place cozy, very friendly and with a lot of options, since traditional, Indian, Italian including pizzas (recommend the Calzone and the Cantinella)
On a professional trip around the corner, I was told this address and I am delighted! The staff is friendly and the kitchen at the top! I've enjoyed myself! If you are looking for a nice solo restaurant, with friends or family, don’t hesitate!
