The owner of this store makes nothing Bundt cake look bad. I understand this is a franchise however when a loyal customer drives all the way to your store to Exchange an item from another store that is closed today, you don’t just send them away without resolving the issue and without saving the reputation of the company name. I work at a dental office and they were sweet enough to bring us an entire Bundt cake for Dental Assistants Appreciation Week! Thank you so much it was amazing!
This place is great! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Our cake was SO good- always moist and nicely done. We just walked in and it only took 20 minutes to get a frosted cake with decorations! Highly recommend!

Staff is always so friendly! Love the fact that they have so many different varieties, and then have special ones depending on the time of year. A fun shop to go to!
The staff here really engage with you on what you need and what you’re ordering for. They really take the time to get you what you need. Not to forget the cakes are soooo delicious!!!
