One of the bad McDonalds in the area when it comes to service. Might need a complete overhaul for things to get better. That starts at the top with management. If they even cared they would address the concerns that others have addressed. Likely need a new district manager too. You’re only as good as the leaders are. Ordered a steak McGriddle asked for NO EGG obviously got egg on it… pulled it off but generally that takes all the cheese with it. I asked for extra grilled onions and got raw onions instead which this sandwich comes with the grilled ones normally. Not happy I spent $6 on this. Not the first time either ?And no they were not busy I was the only one at the drive thru

Came through at 4:45PM today, ordered four items-no problem. II requested a receipt at the first window, the person told me they would have one upfront. I get up front to request one, -they were out of paper. I wanted the receipt for my business. Then I heard some loser associate in the background make an offensive noise as if me requesting proof of funds was a problem. If you don’t like your job, don’t be the loser working at McDonald’s.
The floor is greasy. I almost slipped several times walking through here. Food is average at best.
