So a few weeks ago the app sent my order to this location instead of the one off 410. When I showed up to the 410 location, they didn’t have it and I called this location to find out where it went. On the phone they said they didn’t have it but later on in the day it turns out that they did. The customer service was amazing when I talked to the manager. He of course refunded my money but then even sent me a gift card... View all feedback.
What Nacera Bens doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
Just a horrible experience. Left hungry. It was a mobile order, we got there 40min after we ordered (had to drive there), they were out of part of our order, out of what we sub for those items, no one bothered to call and let us know in advance and everyone just had blank dumb stares like they were clueless. Drink some coffee and do your damn jobs. Screw this place View all feedback.
I got the chicken and dumplings soup and it had no flavor . Never going to order it again
We went through drive thru, and the employee was really nice and helpful. We just stopped to get drinks; I'm not a tea person, but their strawberry lemonade tea is really good. Since I don't really do tea, it wasn't the best thing I've ever had, but it was really good for tea, so 4 stars. But the employee who took our order was super nice and easy to communicate with.
Reasonably priced lunch. I had the McAllister Club with tomato cucumber salad for a side.
Mcalisters was a delightful place to dine at during lunch hour. I was pleased to be greeted and have my order taken by none other than a manager, Jesse, who answered my questions and promptly took my order with the requests I made. I ordered a Savanah chopped salad and a garden fresh turkey sandwich. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and would love to come back to have it once again. The dining experience was great. Thank you.
The biggest King Kong Size Bake Potato Ever !! This baked potato WAS FLAWLESSLY DELICIOUS. It’s called The Spud Max. My Love made her own Roast Beef Sandwich and MDeli went ahead and oblige her CravingsWe will definitely come back again ?
