Subway - Stoke-on-Trent

I had a chicken teriyaki at this restaurant and ended up getting food poisoning. The cleanliness of the place was not the best, but when you're in a rush you have to make do. The person at the till was fine, but the girl serving was very rude and obnoxious. When I asked what drink I could have with the meal deal, she said any cup drink or water. When I asked for a Robinsons drink, she rudely said that's what she had just said. It was clear she hadn't, as the person at the till rolled his eyes and mentioned she was having a bad day. I will not be returning to this Subway after this experience.

I come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore. Parking: not many parking spots , unless you want to pay for parking. Wheelchair accessibility: there is no accessibility for wheelchairs , steep steps to the doorway. This Subway I visited was the most unwelcoming I've ever experienced. The staff were unfriendly and both seating areas were blocked off at 8pm on a Saturday night. It felt like a better experience could be had in prison. Overall rating: Food 1, Service 1, Atmosphere 1. Service: Takeout, Meal type: Dinner, Price per person: £1-10.
