Really nice little café in the branch away from buyers. The food is always really pleasant and the service is always friendly and very accommodating! Very very poor went in for dinner today 12:30 no fish chips salmon no all day breakfast no steak pies. Managed to get something to eat but one hour 15 minutes to eat they say the chef could not cope. they had ran out of food .what in a supper market. View all feedback.

Had hut cake and a Macchiato to strengthen me for some Christmas shopping. Although I was very busy, my food came fast, and the WLAN allowed me to check a few gift ideas. You are always friendly, cheerful and really beautiful in this, my Home Branch of Sainsbury. Merry Christmas all!
Always love this place. Easy breakfast just enough, cafe comfortable and staff are fantastic especially the young we see on Saturday morning.
I've been using Sainsburys a lot lately for shopping and their café. She used the Hanley branch for the first time today. Had a nice meal. Friendly staff.
Okay food bit over priced and very dirty surroundings tables around us seemeduke they hadn't been cleaned for ages.
