Clean, friendly staff and quick. Great place to grab a quick lunch.

The employees here have always been great and I’ve been going to this location for about 7 years. It’s always clean and have never had any issues with my food.

I went there today to pick up an order that my wife placed and came 30 minutes after it was finished, and when I asked the cash said she would get it for me and hit a customer and then went back to make sandwiches. I stood there for a few minutes when another employee came and instead of getting my order, they both continued to make sandwiches and left me waiting longer. I am a CHF survivor with stage 2 herzinsufficiency I just came to home from a defibrillator placed and looking forward to a healthy sandwich to start my day and my wife accidentally ordered from the wrong store we never choose only from this reason of bad customer service and lack of experience. I thought the whole concept of online ordering for express pickup meant only that, california st. I invite them u go straight forward and give them their names for ordering and it is ready and u don't have to wait for anything, but they are handed over to them. Instead, I had to go and tell them to cancel my order so I wait and not the knowledge of how to treat customers, the express orders against those who go and have to place an order. this is unacceptable when I try to always locally support and give to those who are large food and services that are far less and more about speed and maintenance, so I will express my experience with every operation that has unsatisfactory customer services. I'll never go back.

My usual lunch, subway in the ranch is basically my go to. They hardly ever have lines if they do they are just a few ppl so it's fast also they are very sanitary and clean.

I ate at Subway's today and I just love me some subways but the guy who prepared my 6-in sandwich I think he was stingy on the meat I understand that they have to measure the meat but I mostly found the onions tomato lettuce all of my sides and the mayonnaise and mustard I couldn't hardly find the meat so my sandwich tasted like a vegetable sandwich today but I would still go back I just know who gives you more meat to now I know at this particular place downtown Stockton I will not go back to that particular one
