I always come to this restaurant and every time the young man who works there makes everything perfect. However, today there were two women working, one of whom had a mask around her chin that did not cover her mouth. They were not serving customers one at a time and were all handling sandwiches while standing shoulder-to-shoulder. Sandwiches okay service sucks took over 30 minutes for four sandwiches not enough people working and not enough people knowing what they're doing
This restaurant is absolutely terrible. During one visit, I managed to sneak into the kitchen and discovered piles of dirty, unwashed dishes as well as a rat scurrying around. The manager was incredibly rude and once yelled at me for paying with a $20 bill for a sandwich, even though they were unable to accept it. He insisted that I give them whatever cash I had on me, regardless of the amount. It's unacceptable to treat workers in such a disrespectful manner. The manager is clearly to blame for these issues. I hope this restaurant shuts down for good and that the employees are able to find better job opportunities elsewhere.
The delivery person left my food on the ground without notifying me that it had been delivered. When I noticed it was there and went to retrieve it, I discovered that dogs were eating my food.

The cashier helped customers one after the other without any social distancing measures in place. The customer before me was served first because they had to exchange all the sandwiches. Even though I was first in line, the person behind me was served before me. Meanwhile, the fourth customer in line had their sandwich made by the same lady who was supposed to help me but left me waiting for my order while she attended to the people behind me.
I always get my sandwich exactly how I like it at this restaurant. The customer service is fantastic.
