Panda Express - Stockton

This restaurant consistently offers delicious, affordable, and quick meals! The family portions comfortably feed four people, and even five or six if they aren't big eaters.

The service at this restaurant was subpar. The workers were leaning and goofing around, and the food was not cooked properly. This experience has made me reconsider dining at Panda Express.

The Chinese food provided by this restaurant is mediocre. Every time they order delivery, the food arrives at a moderate temperature and is hardly warm. The broth is always soggy. The delivery service has lowered our expectations for a decent meal, and Panda Express is not an exception. I ordered the Big Three Plate which included orange chicken, honey walnut pastries, and teriyaki chicken. The concept was good, but the delivery service made everything mediocre. The food arrived not warm and soggy, costing $27 including tip. Despite being too lazy to pick it up myself, I called to place the order and the staff were helpful and accommodated all my special requests. Kudos to the employees for their great customer service.

Terrible customer service tonight. Kazi, I'm sorry that me ordering a family feast was an inconvenience to you. Thank you for rudely saying it would be a wait to get spring rolls and then continue to yell across the restaurant to an employee that you needed help because you have a family feast Then just ignore my request. Atleast the restaurant was clean and the food was good.

Food is ok. Only problem is they won't ever answer the phone and online ordering never has all the items on there.
