This is a must have if you are in the 209. Best Chinese food I have tried since moving here. I have tried the war of wonton soup, the general chicken, spicy shrimp. Every thing here is the best and it's locally owned and operated by the owners. So tip well because they deserve it. The food and service has sooo much love in it. View all feedback.
What Ramirez Ramirez doesn't like about China Village:
First time and the food is not that good . I placed a to go order and the lady who took my order was rude catching an attitude because I was asking to many questions about their food portions. I explained that it was my first time ordering from them, it meant nothing . Mind you she got my order wrong and it was about $80 bucks. I rather spend that much at Yen Du ! View all feedback.

Chow mein and was amazing!!! Egg rolls not my favorite but I've been spoiled by delicious homemade ones.
The service at this restaurant is good compared to other Chinese restaurant of this caliber. I would say the food was average to OK. It definitely fits the mold of “American Chinese fast food cuisine.” It’s located in a fairly reachable location within Stockton.
I called to check how many pieces of egg foo young you get with the $14 order, and they said three. When I picked up, they only gave me one. It was way too salty, and tasted like an omelet not egg foo young. Not much meat at all when it’s supposed to have three types of meat, and no vegetables at all. The sauce was in a small container. Not worth it.
Honestly, it wasn't very good. The reviews led me to believe it was delicious and it makes me wonder if the people of Stockton have ever had good Chinese food. We stopped on our way home after visiting family and were in the mood for Chinese food. The staff was rude to everyone they talked to. The wonton soup, steamed rice (although we were supposed to get fried rice), and almond chicken were bland. The almond chicken and egg rolls had too many veggies, not enough chicken. The sweet and sour pork was ok but there were some pieces that had no meat in them. The shrimp in the soup were not cleaned. The potstickers were the star. They were delicious! The place felt dirty and we will never stop here again. And the prices were just ok. It was really busy and lots of people waiting for to go orders. I wanted to warn them.
