What Jensen Bashirian doesn't like about Dunkin':
I would not recommend using the restroom at this restaurant! I rarely leave reviews, but the state of the bathroom was so unsanitary that I felt compelled to write about it. There was dirt and hair all over the sink and the back of the toilet, along with a lot of muddy footprints. It appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week, if not longer. What's better than a Dunkin' inside a gas station? Lines get long on a Sunday, order ahead!
Dunkin is my go to for coffee away from home. Not a lot of them in sw Michigan.

I really enjoy this restaurant. It is very clean and the service is friendly. I will definitely add this to my list of places to stop at while traveling. The man, Jo, in the gas station section has a great personality.
I understand that it's a Dunkin' Donuts located in a gas station, so my expectations were not very high. However, either the employee working the evening shift was not paying attention or lacked proper training. I had to repeat my order four times before being told that they were out of most items and I should go to another location. There was no offer of alternatives or willingness to accommodate by leaving out certain items. We were simply told to go elsewhere.
