I don't know what happened to this place. There were very few donuts. The ventilation system was jury-rigged. They don't sell hot chocolate containers anymore. If this is new ownership, they don't know anything about customer service. View all feedback.

Stale donuts, employees were not knowledgeable of the menu, customers in line complaining they had been waiting for a long period of time with no service. Building looks decrepit on the outside. Manager, Bridgette, was nasty and unhelpful. Her behavior was confrontational . We are driving from Canada to Florida and would NOT suggest this Tim Hortons. Rude cashier.I stopped by for the first time today.I pulled down my window and said hello.They did not answer I waited and then ordered.When I received my order, the cashier was rude.He told me: give us few seconds before say hello( with attitude)!!! If he is not happy of his job, it is his and company problem, not customers.Never go there again.
Out of everything. 3pm they had already broke down and cleaned cappichino machine.
We look forward to Tim Hortons coffee when traveling.
