Most horrible service. Rude and untrained staff. Manager needs to be trained or replaced. Avoid at all cost.

I did Uber eats a few days ago I order pancakes and chocolate milk. The pancakes weren't bad but chocolate milk was expired. KEEP A EYE ON THE EXPIRATION DATE!!!!

They have no clue about what customer service means. I took three calls to place an order two got cut and third was a 20 minute wait and still no response until I came to the location to place the order.

Ordered online for curbside pick up. Got to the restaurant and waited 30 mins after letting them know I was there through the link they had texted. Called to let them know I was there and was told “let me check if your order is ready” …surely enough, it was, but I could tell it was cold when I grabbed it. I got home and to add to my disappointment, the food was in fact cold and pancakes crumbly. It seems they had the food ready for a while but no one to pay attention to the order. It’s not the first time we are made to wait at this location, it’s either extremely understaffed or disorganized. Whatever it is, it’s gonna take a lot for me to order here again.

Been here a few times. This time it was mid day, only a few others eating at tables. Waffle was cold, steak omelette was barely warm and the steak was very grisly and chewy. Even having low expectations being at IHOP, this meal was super disappointing. Enough so, that I’d be very shocked if we ever return. Service was friendly and good.
