Edgewood Tahoe Resort - Stateline

We have just had the most wonderful meal at the restaurant, sadly we arent staying at the resort. I will next time based on the service and food quality at the restaurant. Service was fast and efficient, pleasant and helpful staff. Fillet mignon, scallops all cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this restaurant. Service: 5 Location: 5

Loved everything about it! We were greeted with champagne upon arrival. So needless to say, the rooms were a bit pricey! But everything you should expect from a luxury hotel. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the bedroom and balcony. Restaurants were also a bit pricey but the food was delicious and the filet and lobster were cooked to perfection! Room service was quick and maintained the same level of quality the restaurant had. The only thing I didn’t like was getting stuck on the phone tree when trying to reach the front desk. I found this difficult to navigate and couldn’t get a hold of a live person easily to answer questions we had. Another thing was that we couldn’t find towels when we wanted to go into the lake, and had to walk back and track someone down at the front desk, that had to leave her post, in order to help us. My suggestion is to have someone by the beach, when guests are lounging. Because we would have ordered cocktails and snacks too. Other than that, this hotel did not disappoint. We played ping pong by the lake, bocce ball and even did a little swimming. Although the lake water was very cold, it’s to be expected in October! Absolutely gorgeous, will certainly be back!
