Hi-way Pizza Pubs - State College

I waited over an hour for a paprika pizza, and the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The service was terrible and disorganized. While I haven't seen any negative reviews, the service here really leaves much to be desired.

We ordered a different pizza to get a sense of their standard and budget-friendly crust. I was particularly curious about their regular sauce, so I chose the meatball option.
