What User doesn't like about Subway:
The young employees working at this restaurant do not have good work ethics and are not particularly welcoming. They often just stare at me, which can be uncomfortable. When I order online, the sandwiches I receive are either lackluster or made incorrectly. This is probably the worst Subway location I have been to, to be honest. Hopefully they can improve because I do enjoy Subway when it is prepared properly. View all feedback.
My friend got a sandwich and this child was unrespectfully rolled his eyes and put away too much salt on her sandwich she threw it out after a bite I hate to complain and never do, but that was too much it was until I ask him to be punished
It’s not possible for me to leave a 0 so i give u a 1. i had the worst experience last night w my sandwich. I had asked for LIGHT MAYO AND MUSTARD! my sandwich was completely DRENCHED in mustard and mayo, it was impossible to eat. i called to ask them if they can remake it considering they’re not to close for another 20 mins, the employee refused and refunded me the money. that’s not what i had asked for but it’s fine, they didn’t want to clean up after making my food, they’d rather get paid to sit down and listen to music rather FIX my order that was so simple and they ruined. i will NEVER be returning here which sucks since the other closest subway is inside walmart but TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! i wish my husband had gotten the kids names so i could put it here but he did not. most disgusting sandwich ever! took one bite and it was just mustard and mayo . learn how to read orders correctly. i know they could’ve fixed my order they just choose not too.
How to get a meatball sub at 9:45. I was informed that they throw the meatballs away at 9:30. Teenager speaking to me was rude and non-professional. I ordered a turkey sub instead walked in to pay for the order to see everything having already been completely put away by 9:47 p.m. and said Teenager rudely asked so what do you want on your sandwich again? Even though I had just told him in detail. When I informed him I was the one he had spoken to he simply Shrugged his shoulders. Friends were hanging out in the lobby no one said anything professional or welcoming in any way. Very disappointed I walked out so as not to inconvenience them. The subway establishment in general I'm okay with, however what is wrong with this generation! Employees should be more rigorously vetted to avoid such horrible customer service as this.
Waited forever for them to start my sandwich. Only had one customer in front of me. I had a 30 min lunch break and 20 of it was waiting and making of my sandwich. The sandwich was delicious once it was made.
Melts are not melts they don't use melts bags burn your sandwiches give you the wrong order ask for the order back what if I opened them your just gonna give out bad food sandwiches are all wrong I'd give 0 stars if it would let me
