Bedford Street Diner - Stamford

Stopped by BSD to grab a quick snack of buffalo wings. Loved sitting at the old school counter with the fixed, spinning seats. Reminded me of my grandparent’s restaurant. Anyway, wings were solid, good crisp and level of heat without being soggy. Service was quick even though I came at a very slow time in my the late afternoon. Curious abt a next visit already...

I'm giving this restaurant four stars because the cups are really in bad shape and some are broken. Attention, manager—please order some new cups! As for the food, it was decent!

The owners are warm and welcoming, always ready to help. I saw a review where someone complained about not being allowed to occupy a big table during peak hours. It's unfortunate that she chose to add unnecessary pressure on a family-owned business with such a selfish and unreasonable demand, especially given the challenging circumstances we’re all facing. We should be thankful that these establishments are staying open to provide comforting food for everyone during these tough times, even at the risk of their own health!

I really enjoy visiting this fantastic local restaurant. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the service is prompt. They also offer homemade pies for the holidays!
