The restaurant staff provided warm, friendly, and efficient service. The line moved quickly and the food, a simple sausage sandwich, was excellent.
I have visited Tesco cafe multiple times and have generally found the food to be quite good! I particularly love their breakfast options. However, the main problem is that they are consistently understaffed. It is not uncommon to see one employee taking orders at the counter, preparing hot drinks, and delivering food to tables all by themselves. This often results in long wait times to place an order, as well as a 45-minute wait for food during peak hours. The overall experience would greatly improve with more staff on hand.
