Nevertheless, the standout service from attentive staff like Maggie and Steve enhances the visit, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Diners appreciate the freshly cooked meat, ample vegetable choices, and generous Yorkshire puddings, while a play area keeps younger guests entertained. Though some minor issues, such as hard Brussels sprouts, arose during peak hours, the overall consensus is one of satisfaction, highlighting the restaurant’s great value and quality food, making it highly recommended for carvery enthusiasts.
As a parent of a young child, dining out can be a challenge because my son is very active. He has a hard time sitting still during meals at restaurants. That's why he loved the play area at this restaurant - it kept him entertained and gave us some much-needed...
I recently had one of the best carveries I've had in a long time. The meat was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. There were plenty of vegetables and potatoes, and the gravy was absolutely delicious.
Best carvery on this cold evening in November and I ate all my spouts! Red cabbage was 10/10!!!!!!!!!
The Carvery was good, carrots a bit crunchy for me but excellent value for money and Maggie the head chef was a great host.
