The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. It should not take 20 minutes to prepare a sandwich, especially when it is a common occurrence as mentioned in other reviews. The manager apologized and explained that they were short-staffed due to a missing delivery driver. However, this does not excuse the slow pace of sandwich making. Customers have limited time for their lunch breaks, typically only 30 to 45 minutes, and cannot afford to spend half of it waiting for their food. The restaurant needs to improve their efficiency.
The service at this restaurant is painfully slow and the staff is rude at multiple locations. I waited 20 minutes after placing a "freaky fast" order on the app, only to be told that they were out of bread and had to use jalapeno chips instead. I asked for a sandwich on regular wheat bread that appeared to have been bought in bulk - it was completely unacceptable. The sandwich I received did not match the one I ordered, and there were no apologies or attempts to make it right. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
I recently returned to this restaurant after a few months. I live about 15 minutes away, so I went through the drive-thru and ordered my meal. The Caucasian employee, who was tall and slim, handed me my drink but spilled some of it on the side and didn't cover it completely. I had to ask for napkins to clean up the mess.
I really jimmy johns but this place is not worth going. drive a little further to hwy 6 and 1092 through the home depot. the employees have no customer service here. my mother came here and asked for a weeping bread, and they told her she could see it behind the opposite. after all they gave it to her. then she said, no one would come and they threw a cheese there. they were rather rude, or we would have toned it so that they are new or just make a mistake. that says everything. whoever is the franchise owner must be present during the shifts to see what happens. I know that it's hard to find employees, but I hope it gets better.
Customer service is always great here. Even though somebody grabbed my sandwich on accident they quickly got mine out.
