on the basis of the good reviews we were served with 7 people and were very nice. the ambiente is very simple but quite ok. I am not a specialist for Mexican cuisine, but found all the food and snaks very good.I think the price is good. no one from our group had something to put out. What Luise Schulte doesn't like about Casa Mexikana im Hotel Schwedenkrone:
we have always been very happy to eat here, but unfortunately after the remodeling work has changed a lot on the kitchen. so far it has always been top even if not cheap the visit has been rewarded. our last visit has unfortunately disappointed us. eating on average was nothing more special. the service is still very attentive but the kitchen has left behind. the cocktails are no longer as convincing as they were. Excellent food. Atmosphere and kitchen. Shrimps freshly cooked in the grill are delicious. Wines are good and all for a logical price. Thank you.
After a long walk we have returned to the hotel’s beer garden, there were shady and sunny places.The drink offer is good, the food inexpensive and mexican. Good nice service, a nice place to stay.

We were with 10 people there on 14.12.2016. the service was very unfriendly and has made us as if it were on the curse. the foods were mostly cold and spiced. we stayed on 09.12.2016 alone and eating as well as the service was really great,the meat was very tender and great spiced. there were also there to eat 3 sauces with different sharpening, which did not exist on 14.12. I think that it is up to the various chefs, because on 09.12 was another chef in the kitchen .what and also has disturbed was that the chef was apparently more busy with it beer in the kitchen (you can see this) to drink as to take care of our food.The restaurant is not quite cheap,so we have also expected the price appropriately also the food and the service. when we were there alone ( 09.12 ) there was also another cook, perhaps the one yesterday should look exactly how it is done. we will check out who's in the kitchen next visit.
We have visited this restaurant with the family because it had been well rated and therefore were expected to get a good authentic Mexican offered here - unfortunately misdisplay!-the appetizer (nachos with different dips: guacamole, sour cream, remouladen sauce and chilisauce) were not fresh. Moreover, there is no remoulade sauce in the Mexican kitchen! The main dishes were freshly prepared and also the portions were ok, but they had nothing to do with Mexican cuisine. the quesadillas remembered more of a calzone (an over-folded tortilla with filling) and were merely covered with a disc! cheese and provided a klacks sour cream. So who expects Mexican cuisine is disappointed herb.
