What User doesn't like about St. Thomas Roadhouse And Grill:
Server was unhappy crude. She couldnt smile if she was forced too. Shafia I think it was. Absolutley rude and very good at brushing you off; she takes the credit though. She seems unfair and a waste of their money! Dietary restrictions: They provide for Gluten Free Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 View all feedback.
1st visit was 5+ =15+,points)across the board. Everything was excellent.2nd visit was total was 8.Food was deplorable.French Onion Soup tasted like beef broth. Not good at all. Prime Rib was cold and med. well asked for med.rare). Green beans were excellent, and loaded baked potato was sad.ServerWas lovely! Very helpful, happy, quick. Very GenuineAtmosphereWas ok. Normal for a roadhouseMaybe a new chef or a different one. Not a good night for whoever was cooking. We might try one more time. Jury is still out on this idea.Parking: Parking in the back. Not wheelchair accessible.Parking out on front street. All taken up. Makes sense as it was later on a weekend evening. Ok for wheelchair accessibility. Not an easy task.Parking in empty lot across the street. Not wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: None were really accessible
Ok, so I know this isn't done dining, but it is always best if everyone at a table is served at the same time. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen, however, on a rather slow night, was getting the food out at a snail's pace. This is certainly not a place to go if you want a quick bite.
Food is delicious and reasonably priced, with good selection of lunch options. Chicken breast on my salad was grilled to perfection and so yummy! Service was great as well.
My wife and I always love the Dijon Steak Salad, but were quite disappointed when the blue cheese was missing. We love the blue cheese. Also, the usual scattering of nuts was also missing. Hope this is not a sign of a downward trend in food quality. Our guest had a steak, which was ok.
Quaint pub fair. An OK burger. I prefer Wendy's, but the price was actually comparable. Nice pickles they are Kepler approved!
