Loved it! Live Steel Pan was playing was which was wonderful, but a little loud to be able to have a conversation with our guests
Typical hotel/beach restaurant. Food good but somewhat overpriced as you would expect from the Ritz Carl to on
Excellent lunch, and not as pricey as I thought. Had mahi tuna over a huge salad for which was a good deal. Beautiful setting and ambiance polite waiters
We have stayed at many Ritz-Carltons over the years and are Platinum Marriott members. This Ritz is not up to par with others. We have a home on St. Thomas and were there for the holidays. I made reservations on the St. Thomas/Ritz-Carlton website for lunch on Christmas day. When we arrived, we were treated like we were UNWANTED because we were not staying at the resort. Our waitress was nice, but made the comment "our reservation really shouldn't be allowed be we were not staying at the resort" because the resort was full. The food and drinks were just okay, but not up par with other Ritz-Carltons. I would not recommend this restaurant or resort
This was such a great experience. Great food and unparalleled service from Nicole. The Manager even stopped by and she was delightful
Visiting Coconut Cove at the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas offers mixed experiences. The service was hit or miss, with slow service one evening but excellent service on New Year's Eve. The food received mixed reviews, with some finding it overpriced and portions small, while others enjoyed items like the jerk chicken and mahi tacos. The location by the beach is beautiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful during quieter times. Overall, Coconut Cove provides quality food and drinks but falls short compared to other Ritz-Carltons, with some guests recommending it for a simple, enjoyable dining experience.

We only waited under 10 minutes for our meal from order time. Our waitress was very helpful and the food was very delicious. We will come again and tell others to dine.
The location is very nice with a beautiful beach view. The service was quick and the food was delicious.
I absolutely loved the experience of sitting down and enjoying a delicious lunch with a stunning view. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff making the meal even more enjoyable.
The jerk chicken was tasty, but the portion size was disappointing - only 1 thigh and a drumstick for $37.00. It did come with a small, but delicious serving of black beans and rice. I ended up ordering an extra side of beans and rice to avoid leaving hungry. I also found it surprising that plain water was $10.00 and a cocktail was $18.00. Overall, it wasn't the best choice, but the staff were very friendly and pleasant.
Service was great. Location wonderful. The menu was very limited, we were hoping for more of a local gourmet cuisine. We settled for a salad and grilled salmon which was good, but I could have made this myself. The hotel must cater to families because there were little kids running around everywhere.
