On a cold and wintery and snowy Rochester night, a huge bowl of their pho, its steaming rich broth, fresh veggies, and spicy sauces, is just the perfect way to warm up. And in the summer time, their spring rolls and rice vermicelli bowls are the perfect way to beat the heat, and make a perfect bag of picnic munchies to devour on a blanket in Cobbs Hill Park.I have been going here since they opened many years ago. This is where I had my first pho, where I first dipped a spring roll in too much Sriracha, and where I get food for my friends and family before a picnic at Pride each summer. I love you SEA Restaurant. Never change.

The pho was insanely good! You will not be disappointed. All of their food is yummy, but the pho is a must IMHO.

Had the Pho Tai Nam. It was good but not the best I've ever had. Came out quick. Service was fine, atmosphere was fine. There was decent street parking. I'll be back.
