Red Lobster - St. Petersburg

Placed a pickup order, by calling in, the vru didn’t understand me, so I had to ask for a human. I requested NO drinks or silverware. Unfortunately I got both! The clam chowder was perfect. The kids grilled shrimp was a joke, you have increased the price and only give 4 pieces of shrimp? The mashed potato was full of large black pieces that should have been cut out of the rotting potato! The butter and sour cream were put in the bag of hot soup, so I had grease all over my bowl and the sour cream was melted completely! Biggest disappointment. This used to be my favorite Sunday restaurant, not any more!

Long wait times. 2 waiters incuding the bartender but only 2 other customers when I went in. Maybe the other waiter was the cook too. Winged bugs and wings without bugs on the side of the booth and by window sills. Skewered shrimp cold when it did come out. No manager. Went here 2 months ago for my birthday, and it was great. Lobster and service up to par in a bug free zone. I have no want to return.

This is absolutely the best seafood i've ever had in my entire life! i am amazed! There are no wrong choices. Every item on the menu is definitely going to be flavorful and delicious made to order. Our salmon was cooked to perfection. My lobster tail was so tender delicious. let me make this clear : this is the best Coleslaw i have ever eaten. Our Server was amazingly diligent. We never ran out of anything. The service here is completely spot-on. The environment was actually peaceful enjoyable. Every area of this place is clean sanitary. I had the raspberry tea it was perfect. all of the drinks look delicious

Plan out amazing!!! It's been way way to long since I've been to a Red lobster so little did I know our location here was just totally perfect in everyway possible. Thanks a ton keep up the great work

We were here on Mother's Day. For the life of me I simply can't understand why they were not taking reservations! When we got there we were told it would be a 2 hour wait. We were seated in 45 minutes, tops. I got the Admiral Platter with lobster tail. I was a bit disappointed in the lobster. It was a bit rubbery. The scallops however, were the best I've ever had. I felt service was a bit slow. By the time we were seated they were not that busy. So I'm not sure why service was so slow. Our server however was very friendly and on point with the cocktail she recommended for me. Triple Berry Sangria; it was delicious. And as usual the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were on point.
