We visited this restaurant on a Tuesday and were able to walk in right away. The staff provided excellent customer service. Our order was ready in just 5 minutes and our food was served promptly. We left feeling completely satisfied as the food was hot, tasty, and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant offers indoor dining, outdoor terrace seating, and a bar. What User doesn't like about Grand Hacienda Mexico:
2nd time visiting this location. Had dinner this time on a Wednesday at 6pm. Food was delicious. Empanadas, House Margaritas, and Birria tacos so good. Like the last time however, the service was terrible. I don’t think that will stop me from going again, just will have level set expectations.
The tamales are made in-house and they were excellent. Someone else mentioned how good the salsa is and we agree. Refried beans…also excellent. Even the sweet tea is fresh brewed and just perfect. Our waiter was kind and attentive. Food was delivered quickly and hubby agreed that we will return to Grand Hacienda again.
Gotta give credit where credit is due! The service was totally on-point. (Sorry I don't recall the server's name. He answered the few questions we had, got our order right and was quite prompt. Food was delicious! We got an appetizer (bean/cheese dip and the platter. Was more food than we could even eat! Nicely decorated as well. (PS Don't trust Google maps...park on the east side of the building.
My sisters were visiting from out of town and we were going to the magic show at 7. The website stated that you need to plan for an hour and a half for dinner so we made the reservations for 5. Once seated we were greeted multiple times by different wait staff. We got our food and drinks ordered. We expected to get our drinks and have time together before our food arrived. It seemed to take some time to get our drinks and about the time I was going to check on that, all of food arrived. This was not even 10 minutes from our ordering the food. There was a problem at the bar and drinks did finally show up. I talked with the manager about this—especially suspecting that the chimichanga was pre-made and reheated for service. It looked tired. He swore that all food was freshly made. The food was good, the mole' sauce was as good as I get in Mexico. The manager did present a free dessert for the service problems. But not wonderful enough for me to plan a return trip.

This place has been Going downhill. I just ordered 2 burritos and a kids meal and it was $60+ with tip. I had almost no meat in my burrito and it pissed me off because its not the first time. We used to eat here all the time since they opened, and I don't think we will be back. The picture is almost a quarter of my burrito, see much beef? I am not the type to complain, but I am over it. Stop raising prices and skimping on your portions.Also, I don't like having to read my card number over the phone when I place an order. Get an online order system that works if thats the case.
