Contribute FeedbackDespite the beautiful location at Union Station, the dine-in experience at this restaurant fell short. Long wait times for both food and drinks, as well as inconsistent service, left diners frustrated. Overpriced menu options, extra charges for side dishes, and lackluster customer service contributed to an overall disappointing visit. While some enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks, issues with seating arrangements, lighting, and cleanliness detracted from the experience. Despite friendly servers in some cases, lack of attention to detail and poor communication marred the dining experience for many patrons. This restaurant may need to address service and operational issues to retain customers in the future.
Kellner(Joshua) was rude and inconspicuous. Hostesses are human, but the waiter needs a personality adjustment. We are a very simple family to serve and believe in the treatment of our waiters working respect. We are typing liberal and looking forward to their jobs flowing smoothly. We were disappointed today.
It was pretty ahile since we ate here... Food and service were very good on Easter Sunday for lunch... We were very impressed! Good New Orleans vibe....and the Entrees are so leaning....delish.
Have not enjoyed a food experience so much in a long time. The seafoods were fresh and tastefully prepared the steaks perfectly and the crustacean bread from this world. Don't miss Dessert... so delicious.
I made reservations for a birthday lunch . Service was not what I hoped for. Since we were sat in bar apparently our waitress was also responsible for run checks for main dining area and was not very attentive to our table. Not happy with service and probably won’t return.
I was very happy with my dinner at this restaurant. The waiter was excellent - very knowledgeable and professional. He made us feel welcome and the food we ordered was delicious.
