Visited this restaurant for the first time with another alum. It seems a bit pricey for a student dining establishment, but perhaps reasonable for a date or dinner with your parents. Have to give a shout out to Jessica, the manager, who was very accommodating to my friend with a dietary restriction. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner View all feedback.

The food sat long on the counter before it was served. steak was in the middle, everything was in the past much higher quality.

Service was amazing but the food was horrible. Soup cold, salad chicken dry and crusty, vegetables not fresh. Too expensive for the food you received.
Be aware that the menu on the website doesn 't match what they 're serving. We went on a Friday specifically because their website said the Friday buffet was breakfast foods. Who doesn 't like breakfast-for-lunch? But when we got there, no breakfast. The server told us the menu changes every week. The website apparently doesn 't get updated that often, however. Instead of breakfast , we had grilled cheese and tomato soup, which was very good on a cold day, along with an order of fries. We also shared a dessert (bananas Foster, pretty good). We had trouble getting a server to notice us when we first were seated, but once they saw us, they were reasonably attentive. The place was completely full, mostly with students. The reason I went to Ibby 's in the first place was to use a $50 gift card that I won in a drawing. Imagine my surprise when the gift card wasn 't accepted. The server came back and said, Maybe it 's expired? I don 't know, it said something about [error message]. Everybody back there working is new, so they don 't know anything about it. I guess you could call someone? Or I could find someone and ask them about it? First of all: Gift cards that expire? What is this, 2004? And second: Yes. You find someone and ask about it. Don 't come back to me and expect me to deal with it. How is there not a manager on duty that you can go to to solve this problem? I paid with my debit card, because my friend and I were already late returning to work. I don 't plan to go back to Ibby 's.
Did not realize the restaurant would be crowded with college students who were much noiser than I like.
