What ArchieTN likes about The Corn Exchange:
Not sure what people expect, this place is clean, smart, the food is exactly what it says on the menu and the best value anywhere. Drinks are literally double in most other pubs and the service is better than most other pubs in Bury St Edmunds .. highly recommended View all feedback. What anteallachleicester doesn't like about The Corn Exchange:
What a beautiful building!!! Such a shame it is unloved. Dirty tables, dirty floors and toilet cubicles broken. We had a drink here and moved on as we didn’t feel it was clean enough to eat here. View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a stunning architectural gem, the restaurant offers potential but is marred by cleanliness and service issues. Despite occasional praise for its vibrant atmosphere and well-priced food, many describe experiences plagued by long waits and unsatisfactory meals, including poorly cooked dishes and indifferent service. While some enjoy the ambience and recommend the drinks and desserts, repeated complaints about dirty tables, broken facilities, and neglected customer care overshadow the positives. Though it boasts a loyal local crowd, prospective diners may reconsider before embarking on a visit to this otherwise appealing establishment.
If you are looking for delicious food at an affordable price in town, this place is hard to beat. It is a fantastic spot located upstairs in the corn exchange.
Bury St. Edmunds has the best Wetherspoons location in the country, and that's a fact.
I enjoy the complimentary refills of coffee and tea.
