This review is for the store located on veterans drive in the Holiday Station. I understand this day and age, staff shortages, food shortages and theall around difficulties companies face today. But pulling in to get dinner before work to find a closing at 6pm 4 30 sign onthe door was a little disappointing.... I noticed i still had 15 mins to get in and order, only to find out they closed evenearlier than that. All the while there were four or five employees friends hanging out goofing around in the store. I stop atthis subway approximately 3 times a week, i was a little disappointed as i am sure management would be as well.

The cashier agreed to the substitution, but when... read more I explained my dietary restrictions and asked for a Sunrise Melt with extra turkey instead of cheese and bacon. The cashier agreed to the substitution, but when she rang it up, the price was $14 instead of the usual $10 for a sandwich. When I questioned the price difference, she became defensive and insisted that adding extra meat and an egg justified the cost. I decided it wasn't worth it at that price and informed her I didn't want the sandwich. Even though she offered a discount, I had already lost my appetite and left the restaurant feeling disappointed. Good customer service is essential in the food industry because there are countless other dining options available. I won't be returning to this Subway location.
