Cold Stone Creamery - St. Cloud

Great selection of ice creams and delicious combos. It was really busy when we went a good sign. They scoop your order in front of you with metal scoops (I don't think they were wearing gloves I didn't pay close attention . They bring your scoop to a cold stone where they mix in additional ingredients (brownie chunk, sprinkles, peanut butter, etc. and put it in your bowl or waffle. They have cakes in a cooler next to the check out, as well. I ordered a medium Peanut Butter Perfection in a waffle bowl. I was full after eating the ice cream. They have bottled pop and water for those who need a drink after eating ice cream. Staff were young folks but still kept a smile on during the rush.

Always gr8 icecream! Out door seating in summer. My go to from the old signature creations. Cherry cake double take: cake batter ice cream, yellow cake crumbles, black cherry pie filling, pecans, and honey. It's an incredible combination of flavor and textures.

Abby has an amazing talent for choosing ice cream flavors. She recommended the perfect one for me, and I had the best ice cream experience of my life. She is both kind and knowledgeable. Thank you, Cold Stone. Abby deserves a raise!

This is a fantastic ice cream shop that offers premium products, complemented by very friendly and helpful staff. Be prepared for prices that reflect a superior experience.

I ordered a medium-sized drink, but it wasn’t filled properly. The ice was mostly melted, and it didn’t have half of the ingredients that were supposed to be included. When we paid, the girl just folded our change and handed it back without saying a word or showing any acknowledgment. There was no greeting, no thank you, nothing. When my partner mentioned that it wasn't what we expected, she got a bit rude. So, he requested a refund, and she simply folded the cash and pushed it at him before walking away. Overall, her customer service was very disappointing.
