What Joe H doesn't like about Forever Yogurt:
I visited this place with my kids and asked an employee for a sample spoon, but she informed me that they don't provide samples. Shortly after, I saw a child put some yogurt in a cup and then taste it with his finger. It might be a good idea to bring back the sample spoons, as it's concerning to think about how many kids might be doing this. Always a good taste at forever yogurt. Just wish they had different flavors instead of the same ones all the time.

Love this place!Easy self-service process, friendly staff, and the serving area is always clean. Their flavors are consistent and always fresh. Pomegranate is the best!
The owner needs to be present, or have adequate experienced adult staff on site. The poor young teenagers working were overwhelmed with the crowd and apparent problems with the hot chocolate machine. We waited over 20 minutes for 4 hot chocolates and were late to our show. Shame on the owner for putting these 2 young girls in this situation. I felt very bad for them!!
