Our visit was planned so that a bunch of ladies could surprise a friend. The surprise worked and everyone had a lovely time. The group was composed largely of people whose first language was not English and everyone wanted separate cheques, so the waitress had a lot of work to do, but she was patient, upbeat and pleasant throughout our many requests and questions. One of the good things about dining at a chain restaurant is that you expect a certain standard. There is some level of comfort in that "sameness". This franchise didn’t seem to be quite to the Swiss Chalet standard. It wasn’t bad, but it seemed that we had to wait longer than usual for our food, there was a bit more attitude from the servers, the chicken wasn’t quite cooked thoroughly, and they were a little skimpy... We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet. Our server, Naomi, was great very kind and helpful and the food came out quickly.
Melissa showed nothing but hospitality from beginning to end! She consolidated her steps which is KEY, she was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu! Alex was hands on assisting throughout the late lunch push and they exceeded expectations as a team! Then the night team was arriving and assisted them with clearing, wiping and setting tables! Well done team, great teamwork and keep it up! Melissa we will be back!!!
The food was great me, my father, and my son ate there our server Naomi was great she was amazing through the whole server constantly making sure we were happy with our food and going out of her way for the little things like getting split syrup for our shared desert. She was an amazing waitress and made our dining experience great. Thank you Naomi.Kid-friendliness: The waitress Naomi was super friendly to my son taking her time and being kind to him.Wheelchair accessibility: They had perfect accommodations for my fathers wheelchair making it so we had space for him to dine at the table, the door fit perfectly, and accessible parking.
Naomi was our server and was incredibly kind and always made sure we had everything we needed! She is a great waitress! The food was great as always and is always so quick to arrive to our table.
