Tanks Sushi Bistro - St. Augustine

Great display, great personal, great atmosphere. order green dragon, toyu rolla and squid. squid was something they don't find in restaurants that are presented alone and served on a few places. it came out warm. it seems they cooked it like dry meat. I suppose lemon cured. there was a spiced sauce about it.

This is the best sushi I’ve ever tasted in all of Florida! Since my last visit to Palm Beach, I had dinner on Saturday evening and it was fantastic. We even came back for breakfast on Monday. The Furious Dragon Roll is my favorite; I've never had anything as delicious as that! A big thumbs up to the chef! We drove two hours from Lady Lake just to enjoy her sushi. Thank you so much!

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. The sushi and chicken fried rice were both fantastic! The presentation of the sushi was particularly impressive.

I was really happy they were open on Christmas. I wasn’t super hungry, but I felt like I needed something to eat, so I ordered the shrimp and delicious tempura. The portions were generous, and the presentation was nice. Unfortunately, our little one was quite loud and created a bit of chaos, but the staff was very understanding and packed our food to go. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to return if we get the chance!
