What Deja Wisozk doesn't like about St Albert Tandoori Fuzion:
I've tried quite a few Indian restaurant and this one is sub par. Food is blan and not very authentic tasting. Buffet is often pushed on customers rather than the fresh food. View all feedback.
I loved the food here even though Indian food is not one of my favourites. I went for a late lunch and was still looked after very attentively. They have a lunch menu but I really wanted to try the seafood tandoori. Perfect! So much food!!! But all delicious. The fish is usually my least favourite and it was melt in your mouth yum. Gluten free naan was a nice treat. Also had a mango lassi which was so smooth and delicious.
Came here for my father in law 's birthday dinner. He had the tandoori lamb, which he finished lickety split! Obviously a big fan, as he did not share rightly so, it was his 80th birthday dinner! The rest of the food was amazing! Highlights include the fish pakoras (must order sooooo good; fillets were nicely seasoned and went well w/ beer! , a butter chicken sauce that was on point, as was the smooth chunks of butter chicken! The 2 veg dished, palak paneer and aloo gobi, were seasoned so well! The aloo gobi (potato and cauliflower curry did not have a lot of sauce, which was rare for me but worked perfectly! Don 't hesitate on it as it was very flavorful! The palak paneer was full of yummy chunks of cheese too! We ordered both normal and stuff naan and coconut rice (def get this as well as the saffron rice toss up as both were delish to go with our entrees! For kicks, cuz it was a fuzion restaurant, I ordered the vegetable hakka noodles. They were def spicy and delish too. Of note: the in restaurant menu mentions egg for this dish; however, the egg refers to the egg in the noodles and the dish does not come w/ eggs. Even w/ no eggs, it was really good!! Wish I could have taken them w/ me on the trip back home on the plane; but alas, I doubt the noodles would have made it to next morning for me! Lots of leftovers for my f i l and partner to have for lunch/dinner the next day(s ahead! Service was great and the servers very attentive. My f i l even got a nice birthday surprise w/ a candle! Thanks!
Tandoori Fuzion has been consistently the best restaurant for the best Indian cuisine for the past 8 years that we have been frequenting. The beer and wine menu is extensive and great quality for the price! The staff are amazing as well!

We were grounded by a snow storm and decided to stay overnight. This place is an easy walk from the Best Western. Friendly host. Got a great demo of naan bread making (naan is exceptional). Curried carrot soup was to die for as an appetizer. As it was our first time here we decided to go for the buffet. Very nice selection and array of flavours. The. Paneer lababdar Cheese and sauce was a stand out. Butter chicken was ho hum and roast chicken was overdone. The Crabbies ginger beer was a very pleasant surprise. (see attached). All in all a good meal.
