The burger was good. The Pommes were very good. Most burgers are gf and they give you a gf bungalow. The frits are made in their own frit. I double checked it to make sure. View all feedback.
What Dave doesn't like about Smashburger:
Overall, this restaurant has the best burgers in town. However, I am giving it two 1-star ratings because the service staff lacks respect for customers and customer service awareness. They should train their staff to be more professional and attentive. It was clear that they did not care about customer satisfaction. View all feedback.
Please train your staff to show respect to customers. If the term 'Double Smash Combo' is causing confusion and hostility among your staff, consider replacing them with employees who are familiar with the names of popular menu items.
First time having a Smashburger. Excellent burger, and I believe it's better than 5 Guys.
So, my wife had the Single Bacon Smash. She said it was bland. I had the Double Mushroom Swiss. Mine was also bland. They both looked nice, but that was it. I didn't finish mine. The fries were good.
I love me a semi-fast-food place with brussels as a side option! I got the “classic double smash” and sat by a big sunny window. The bun was soft, the veggies were fresh and juicy and flavourful, the burger was smashed, the cheese was gooey, and the brussels were wonderfully crispy and warm.My only complaint is that the burger and side hit my wallet with a $16+ charge… but it was substantially heartier and more enjoyable than your standard top 3 drive thru places, and everybody’s prices seem out of control these days.
Not a big fan of those burgers , tried couple and they’re not the best. Poor quality
