Papa Johns Pizza - St. Albert

We have ordered Papa John's all over Canada and the USA....This was not a normal Papa John's experience or quality we have come to love...There was hardly any toppings on the pizza and it was over cooked with the small amount of toppings clustered in thecenter of the pizza. WORD OF ADVISE!! Don't cut corners and cheep out when you make a pizza because you will get negativereviews and customers will not come back. Let's be honest it's pretty hard to mess up a pizza. The good news is they gave us acredit and when we order the next time if they meet the normal Papa John's quality we will edit this review.

Although we love their pizza and it is quite affordable, their customer service is TERRIBLE! We ordered pizza for 5pm (pre-ordered on the app) and didn?t end up receiving our pizza until after 6. They completely forgot our order and didn?t startmaking it until I called 3x and finally got someone on the phone and reminded them we had an order for 5pm. I really feel likethis is the last straw. So many times we?ve ordered and a problem has happened.

My husband and I got a small pepperoni pizza, the jalapeño bites, medium pizza (whatever he got) and garlic knots, and Pepsi. An assortment of dips, and the shaker seasoning. While I normally enjoy pizza, this time it was undercooked and theestablishment forgot some of the dips and shaker. It was not very enjoyable. Maybe a one off.

Pizza it?s self was great. Very bad customer service. Took numerous times calling to have them even answer. Would not help fix an order and when they for got to give the door dash driver our drinks they blamed door dash so now I?m out pop and money andthey are out of a repeat customer!!

I ask for bbq sauce to be drizzled onto the pizza every time I order. Today when I ordered, the man on the phone said that there would absolutely be drizzle on the pizza. There isn?t, and it?s just annoying when you?re guaranteed something and you don?t getwhat you asked for. Will not be ordering from here again.
