The Tropical Grill - Spruce Pine

Hands down, my favorite restaurant in NC. Food was delicious like I can't even describe how amazing it was! Service was very quick and waiters were super friendly. I got the garlic shrimp twin tacos, and they were perfect. The homemade sauces were the best bit and everything about this restaurant was perfect.

Very cool environment for the inside dining room. Lots of very interesting items for sale makes it feel a bit like you're dining in a small clothing boutique (in a good way). The food was absolutely fantastic. Deceptively expensive for the look of the place, but all of the meals that we ordered were exceptional. Lots of interesting regional and ethnic food options, and one of the largest menus that I've seen ever. Typically that would lend itself to being concerned about the overall quality, but again, food was excellent. Looking forward to visiting again on my next visit to the region.

Fantastic. Great outside seating, really nice folks. The food was especially good, served piping hot. Really, only good things to say. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely a gem of a find! Not only a menu fare to please any palette but the owners Claudia and Sam AND their super sweet and friendly staff make Tropical Grill a go to restaurant. We visited today for the Grassy Creek Gem Show and All the Vendors just rave on their experience at The Tropical Grille too. Kudos to you all!????????????????????????

I am so impressed with the mix of flavors, quality of the food and the cleanliness. The owner was delightful. The salsa, mango chicken, and the grouper were fantastic. Pricey, but everything is these days and there is no way to get this quality on the cheap. We will absolutely be back! Pic was taken after I had already dug in. Couldn't wait.
